Other Details to Note
Broken Bow is a forested place. Our home is professionally sprayed to control bugs. However, please understand it is not possible to get rid of all bugs inside or outside. Mosquitos can also be around in the evening and after it rains. Please remember to pack bug spray. Gas grill with propane hook up is provided as well as barbecue tools in a drawer in the kitchen. We do not supply firewood for the fire pit. Firewood can easily be purchased locally or the Ace hardware store. Please note we have a Ring doorbell camera at the front door. This will record audio and video. No smoking/vaping in the house. There is a designated smoking area by the fire pit. Please dispose of ashes and butts in the firepit. Any time guests leave the house, please ensure that all windows and doors are locked. Garbage trucks come on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Garbage cans are to remain outside by the street. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as it provides peace of mind and financial protection in case unexpected events occur. Unfortunately, we do not process refunds outside of the cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding. A rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you arrive. We also ask that you update the names of the adults staying at the property with Airbnb. Details will be sent to you following your booking.

Check-in after 4 pm. Check out at 10 am. Quiet time hours are 10 pm – 7 am. The maximum occupancy for the property is 16 individuals. Pets are allowed on our pet-friendly property. Up to two pets for a $125 fee, dogs only. Pets must be well-behaved, always on a leash when outside, not allowed on furniture or beds, sleep in a pet crate, and not be left unattended outside of the crate. Please pick up after your pet.
